1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying for our services or engaging with World Class Websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between World Class Websites ('we', 'us') and you ('Client', 'you') regarding the design, development, and maintenance of your website.
2. Services & The Launch Offer
We provide premium website design and development services. Our current 'Launch Offer' provides a custom website build for a one-time fee of $500. This offer is specifically designed to build our portfolio and is available to a limited number of clients who meet our selection criteria.
3. Testimonial Requirement
The $500 Launch Offer is contingent upon your agreement to provide a video or written testimonial upon completion of the project. You also grant us permission to showcase your website, brand name, and the testimonial in our public portfolio and marketing materials. If a client refuses to provide a testimonial after the project is complete, we reserve the right to invoice for the full standard value of the project ($2,999).
4. Monthly Care Plan & Pricing
All websites built by World Class Websites require our Monthly Care Plan to ensure optimal performance, security, and hosting. The first month is provided as a free onboarding runway. Months 2 through 6 are billed at an introductory rate of $299/month. After this period, if the Client is satisfied and chooses to continue, the standard care plan rate is $499/month. This plan includes premium enterprise-grade hosting, weekly security updates, text-based virtual assistant support, and weekly social media posting support. The subscription technically begins upon site launch, with the first 30 days provided as a free onboarding period.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for the Launch Offer ($500) is due upfront before project commencement. Monthly Care Plan billing begins after your first month of free onboarding. We accept all major credit cards. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of hosting services.
6. Client Responsibilities
To maintain our high standards and delivery timelines, clients must provide necessary assets (logos, copy, images) and feedback within 72 hours of request. Significant delays in client communication may result in the project being moved to the end of our production queue.
7. Content, Approvals & Social Media
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all content provided. For our social media posting service, the Client may choose to review and approve all posts before publication, or provide written permission/license for World Class Websites to publish approved content directly on their behalf. The Client remains solely responsible for the legal rights to any assets or materials they provide for use on the website or social media. Once a design or content block is approved, subsequent changes may incur additional fees.
8. Cancellations
The Launch Offer fee is non-refundable once design work has begun. You may cancel your Monthly Care Plan at any time with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with a backup of your site's assets; however, please note that some premium licensed features may require you to obtain your own licenses to maintain functionality elsewhere.
9. Privacy & Information
We respect your privacy. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell or share customer emails or personal information without approval, except for approved reviews, testimonials, and portfolio examples which are specifically exempted for marketing purposes.
